HeadEase Hot/Cold Compression Wrap

HeadEase is comfortable and relaxing with full 360° coverage and a 100% light-blocking design. Use as either hot or cold. Latex-free, this compression wrap uses a soft, odorless gel for gentle compression which provides immediate relief.

How to use for cold therapy:

• Keep your head wrap in a plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator or freezer
• Let chill until your prefered temperature is reached
• If ice crystals are visible on the wrap do not apply

How to use for hot therapy:

• Remove your head wrap from the plastic bag and microwave for 30 seconds
• Test wrap before applying. It should be warm but never hot
• If needed, microwave in 15 second increments until your desired heat is achieved
• Do not overheat
