How do I book my group spa day?

We will need the following information in order to better assist you to book your group spa experience.

The day and start times preferred.

A list with first and last names of all attendees.

A list of all the appointments for each individual with first and second choices of treatments.

Not sure on what you would like? Give us an approx. budget per person and we will help create the ultimate spa day for you!

Group Cancellation and Booking Policy

  • If each guest is paying for themselves the day of, we do not require a deposit however we do require a credit card to hold the reservations.
  • If your group is paying with one combined payment on the day of service, we require a deposit of 25%.
  • All services booked must be paid for in full on the day the services are received.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. 

Gratuities and Taxes

  • Note: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights as well as Saturdays book up quite quickly so please make sure you book well in advance to get your desired spots.
  • Gratuities are always appreciated but not expected.
  • Gratuities and taxes are not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.
